It looks like you guys found the sunny spot! (I saw scarves and rain in some of your shots from Istanbul.) Can't wait for the 3 hour photo session when you get back!

Wow, great pictures! The slide-show feature is really cool. So how did you find out about this place?

The travel agency we booked the Bosphorus cruise through told us about it. Apparently it's a huge tourist attraction. While it was a magnet for scantily clad tourists, even the Germans in speedos couldn't subtract from the natural beauty.

I miss you guys tons!!! I can't wait for the picture session too... Mom wanted me to ask you to call her when you get stateside. I thought the limestone looked like snow or really white sand. How cool though, I love hot springs... I remember when matt went with our family it was really fun but I bet that one was like 1000 times better!!

Before going abroad, I thought that Americans had a monopoly on garish, cultural imperialist, CRAZY tourists. As a (stereotyped)group, French and German tourists have us beat ... so many stories of underclad Germans. At least you were at a beach and not a holy site.
I think the sky over the Med is the meaning of the word blue. Your pictures are breath-taking; I would love to hear more about this area.
